He's posted on this list occasionally. Since it's not an official LLG
upload, I may put up a copy myself, since I have a lulu.com account.
I've no objection to anyone reprinting Lojban For Beginners or even
making a bit of money out of it - that's why Nick and I released it
under a Creative Commons licence - but I think charging for the PDF
version is a bit cheeky.
