[lojban] A completely non-technical personal Lojban help request

So I've been spending a *lot* of time speaking Lojban to my babies,
and have hence become pretty good with the language, at least when
talking about some things :), and it flows fairly smoothly for me
and so on.

I'm running into two problems that are mostly related to the
resulting lack of time and energy:

1. I'm not spreading the love. There are, for example, no audio
clips out there of me talking at speed to another competent
Lojbanist. I really need to keep practicing more advanced stuff,
but I don't have the time or energy to arrange voice chats or pick
topics or whatever.

2. The community isn't keeping up; there are other competent
Lojbanists out there, but with perhaps one or two exceptions it is
obvious to me that I'm pulling way ahead because I get so much more
practice.

What I would like is someone to be a minder; someone to keep track
of what time I can give and who is willing to push and cajole me
into spending time doing things like voice chat with other
Lojbanists, and also willing to try to find people who can meet me
at my times and so on.

Basically: I'm a community resource being under-utilized, and I
don't have the oomph to fix it. Can someone else step in here, even
knowing that more than half the time I'll be like "don't wanna"
because I'm too worn out?
