Using that as a guideline, these times are not always automatically
ruled out for me:

Saturdays and Sundays: 11AM through 11PM EST.
Monday through Friday: 6PM through 11PM EST.

The schedule of my free time is mostly filled up about two weeks in advance.

I suggest 10PM through 11PM EST, Sunday June 24.

That's agreeable to me. That makes it, what, 7p.m. for Robin, yes?

Also, I'm going to look into how to record the session and which service is more suited to that.

(Robin has my name for both services.)
