As I've already said:

If you think the Lojban Wiktionary should not be deleted, you need to say so /on the page I linked/. Nothing said on this thread reaches the people that have a say in the matter.

The page you've linked to gives reasons to close the project, some are stated as if there are some criteria, most likely derived from http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Closing_projects_policy , that could be met to keep it.  I doubt random people adding "ohai, i luvs ur pages, plz keepz xxx" would suffice ;-)

As I've already said:

I don't understand what criteria needs to be met.

Looks like it's not that bad if it's closed, closing does not mean deleting - from http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Closing_projects_policy#Definition_of_actions : "Closing a wiki means locking its database so that it cannot be edited by anyone except stewards, but all pages are still visible to public."
