[lojban] a LoCCan3 discussion platform?

Apparently some people have been giving much thought to the
potentiality of a next-generation logical language, which include
myself even though I haven't taken part in the recent LoCCan3
conversation. The concept has at least intellectual merits and may
deserve detailed examination & organization. That's perhaps beyond the
scope of this mailing list, and the process might benefit from inputs
from different existing conlang (& natlang) communities.

Is there a dedicated platform for such a process? Would you be
interested in having one?
