Re: [lojban] How to express "I like where you're going with this".

{mi nelci lo se binxo se cusku} Is the best I've come up with. The binxo seems only metaphorically correct, but I suppose since tanru are metaphors, it might be ok (ju'ocu'i). I opted out of tenses because they don't seem appropriate here. Any ideas?

{se binxo se cusku} can mean pretty much whatever you like, given its tanru nature, as long as the basic claim of se cusku holds.

Assuming the practical definition of binxo [x1 becomes x2 (concrete) under conditions x3], {.i mi nelci lo se binxo be lo se cusku} expands into {.i mi nelci zo'e noi zo'e noi cusku ke'a ku'o binxo ke'a}. That's very strange, because the things said by someone don't change at all. You say them, and that's it. Therefore, it's odd to talk about {lo se binxo be lo se cusku}. {.i mi nelci lo du'u baku da'i do makau cusku} is maybe a more exact translation of the meaning.
