There were nine (one has since died), and they are Pintupi. There are many 
other Pintupi: a few were left behind when most of the Pintupi moved, and 
twenty years later these nine were found living alone in the desert. Is "lu'o 
la so pintupi" equivalent to "la'i so pintupi"?
