[lojban] LLG annual meeting forthcoming

It will soon be time for the LLG annual meeting.  I haven't yet called 
for a date, but it will likely be within the next month, and Board 
elections need to be completed well before the end of November.

At this point, I would like people to communicate with me regarding any 
items of business they would like to have discussed at the meeting. 
This can be pretty much anything Lojbanic, for which a decision is 
desired, or for which formal community support is sought.

I know that people are thinking about some sort of 25th anniversary 
activities at the start of 2013, and the meeting would be an excellent 
place to discuss them.  I know little more than that some people have 
been discussing such activities informally. I (and probably many others) 
need to have more details and more communication if we are to be 
involved in anything planned.

If anyone is interested in becoming a voting member, they should look up 
what that means in the LLG Bylaws, which are on the lojban.org website, 
and it might not hurt to look at some old meeting minutes.

It is permissible to attend the meeting without becoming a member.  You 
need to get your name added to the LLG-members list.  Please contact 
Robin Powell on this.
