[lojban] Steam Game in Lojban

I have spent up until the last minute trying to translate this game for a wonderful publisher called PuppyPunch. I've played this game a lot in the past two weeks and had some serious struggles with certain kinds of game terminology (and basic concepts like "spin" and "anti-clockwise"). It comes out on the 24th and will be the very first commercially released game with an official Lojban translation. Since I had to invent so much terminology on-the-fly there may be some less-than-elegant phrasing in some places. If you see something that is a gross error, please let me know, but be gentle about your corrections. =D

(If you get the game on launch/before the first patch you'll notice that there is a slight problem with how the keyboard letters are named, which was unavoidable. That'll be corrected quickly.)
