I'd just put the names together (which doesn't work when one name is a 
brivla). Some time ago I proposed a similar system, except that everyone has 
two family names, and wrote out my family tree. My full name in that system is 
".pier.anrís.micél.blojben.abát.", where "blojben" is the name I inherit from 
my grandmother.
