They likely are in the etymology text file. If they aren't, I can probably manually look them up, though it is non-trivial.

mitre should be obvious. The word "meter" is officially international. The choice of the final "e" was arbitrary, but probably was chosen in part to respect the British spelling convention for visual word recognition.
