"du'o" is glossed "according to". It's quite common, though, for the object of 
"according to" to be someone who doesn't know it for certain, but asserts it 
to be true, maybe to the best of his knowledge, but maybe he's lying. This is 
better expressed by "fi'o xusra", which doesn't have a corresponding word in 
BAI. How about "xu'a" as an experimental cmavo for "fi'o xusra"?
