No, it's only part of the biggest problem with the language, which is lack of internal consistency.

Let's take {zgana} for example.
gismu: zgana
short rafsi: zga
attitudinal: za'a
BAI-cmavo: ga'a
In some cases there can be more than one short cmavo.
The result is that many people who wish to learn this awesome language are stuck at the level of memorizing those independent, phonologically underivable from each other sets of words.
It could have been done another way (see gua\spi) but it's a pity that this is a drawback of the most complete and (still !) most popular loglang on the planet.
