FAhA mark location (or orientation in the case of {fa'a} and {to'o}). 
They never claim anything about movement. It is possible to turn the 
FAhA location tenses into motion tenses using {mo'i FAhA}, which then 
means that the *event of the bridi* is moving in the direction of that 
FAhA (or more precisely, what that FAhA is tagging). Although of little 
to no use here (and almost ever), the constructions you asked for can be 
expressed in Lojban with {mo'i ne'i} for "into" and {mo'i to'e ne'i} (or 
{mo'i te'i}) for "out of". ({te'i} is an experimental FAhA for {to'e 
ne'i} / {fi'o se bartu}).

What is really wanted is a tag like {fi'o se/te muvdu} that generalizes 
well. Some predicates have places for the destination of an object, but 
when they don't (cf. vikmi), it becomes necessary to use relatively 
verbose circumlocation. Some examples have been shown in this thread.
