Could you tell us what this address is for, what kinds of emails it 
receives? What are the duties of whoever takes it over?

I could manage reading all the mails (I don't expect them to be many), 
but I'm not so sure how to handle business-related things. A clearer 
"job-description" would be useful, unless it's too late now.
