How about {skapi selbi'a} (skin type-of symptom)?

I'm not sure about {skapi}, though; it's the best thing I can think of for "skin", but the translation and gloss make it seem like it doesn't apply to living skin. Is this a gismu issue or just a failing of my knowledge/understanding.

someone suggested in jvs that

skapi = x1 marji lo pilka be x2 noi danlu

I haven't the slightest idea what to call it.

So do I. You'd better ask doctors for a precise term, then tell us what they explained to you. However, I can see an example of {inflamati} here (I know this is not a precise term but still we don't have a word even for this broad phenomenon).

{inflamati} - an inflammation of type/characterised by x2; x1 is a medical condition of a part of the body, consisting in congestion of the blood vessels, with obstruction of the blood current, and growth of morbid tissue, manifested outwardly by redness and swelling, attended with heat and pain.
