    Yes, but it's produced by most toddlers as /d/.  /j/ is a late articulation, not usually until age 5, likewise proper pronunciations of, /sh/, /ch/, /ng/, /s/, and /z/, so I really wouldn't worry about jbocifnu.  They're perfectly normal in this regard.
