AFAIK there is no such word. You usually say “pavovo”. If that’s not
short enought for you, then I fear you are out of luck.
Lojban contains native digits which go up to base 16. Then
there are some gismu for factors of 10. Those gismu have rafsi and also
the digits from 0 to 9 have rafsi.
A word for 144 could be made up. It would not be nice with lujvo but
with fu'ivla you have greater freedom. But I doubt that such a word
would make much sense, considering how short “pavovo” is.

But “one part in 144” is certainly possible in multiple ways:

“li pa ju'u pavovo” = 1 in base 144
“li pa fi'u pavovo” = 1/144 (fraction)
