Non-sense! This is perfectly valid Lojban. It just means the part before
“ju'u” is in base 12. The base’s base is 10 by default. You can also
override that by appending ju'u to the base. You can theoreticall add
as many “ju'u”s as you wish but the last base must be in base 10.
