There isn't a special word for a gross as there are for ten times, a hundred
times, and a thousand times something (dekto, xecto, kilto). If you think
there should be, make one up.

There isn't even a special word in French for "dozen" — it's just "douze" plus
a suffix "-aine" which can be added to any number from 4 to at least 100 (but
1000 takes "-ier", and higher powers of 1000 can just be used as nouns without
adding a suffix). Once I arrived at church, noticed that there were exactly
forty chairs, and remarked "Las sillas deben estar enfermas porque están en
cuarentena".

That would be an egg chicken. I'd just say "sovda", as long as it's clear from
the context that they are chicken eggs and that they are not laid by roosters.
Or are you asking which came first?
