On the other hand, in most Italo-Celtic languages, the word is derived from 
"nasci" (to be born, in Latin) and no other root.

I'd say "xisnunsla", as "xisysla" means someone who celebrates it, but drop 
"jbe", as Jesus was most likely born in Tishri, not Tevet. So we could say:
gleki xisnunsla
gleki .a'o xisnunsla
lo se gleki ko li'i xisnunsla

mu'omi'e .pier.
