I was mostly making a joke about the Strong AI, implying that spam-bot developers will have to make their bots more intelligent to understand more complex Q/A prompts, eventually leading to natural language processing and Strong AI.

Admin activation, yes. For now only bureaucrats can confirm newly created accounts. I hope there will be enough of them to do so. Unfortunately, almost nobody is contributing to this wiki atm. As for strong AI in this case it sometimes cannot be separated from human mind. What if a person whom I don't know from IRC or mailing list says {coi lo jatna i au mi favgau lo dei uitki}. Should I allow them in? Should I allow them if they write such messages in English?
