I think {lo mikce zdani} is what I'm looking for, based on what you've said.

Its quite literally a larger than average home dedicated to healing the sick and injured.

The healers live in rooms in the basement and the main room is entirely dedicated to patients.

Minecraft lends itself best to a more medieval setting, so "hospital" has certain modern connotations (not to mention things concerning the size of such a facility).
