[lojban] Subjunctives, reloaded.

I started researching all of this more than a year ago. xorxes, pc, others and I had different views. And now I use a different implementation of those views that's why a new topic.

I don't have time to proofread it once again due to complexity of this topic and the need in looking at the whole test examples database from the viewpoint of the new subjunctive system.
