I'd be interested in this. The interesting aspect of translating to lojban is that it should be possible to unambiguously express what the text is clearly understood to mean, when there's a good scholarly consensus what that is--such as that the "firmament" in Genesis 1 is a solid dome--but also to unambiguously specify where the text is genuinely ambiguous, as in passages like "the love of Christ constrains me."
