The tanru method can be dangerous when translating transitive verbs. Something glossed as "tighten" would be expected to mean "x1 tightens x2", which works for "tagygau" but not for "tagji gasnu". And if you want "x1 blends x2 into x3" it should be "selxregau".

My guess is this time it's a verb ("light a match"), since it's among other verbs.
