You can use the regular prefix nun- in order to avoid using kei there. {lo nunjukpa grasu}.

jelca [to be flammable/to burn]

I think that {ka'e jelca} or perhaps {jelca frili} is better there, unless I misunderstand {jelca}'s meaning.
Hmm, actually, {jelca}'s notes suggest {jelfrili} for this use. :)
