I don't know how to break it to you, but valsi pumping is a remarkably
labor intensive process that has virtually no direct relation to
language proficiency.  Some master memorizers can barely stumble through
a simple sentence; some people who can read Lojban at something like
first (or at least very familiar second) language level cannot pass any
of the flash card test at all.  I don't know what your correlation is,
but I hope it is high enough that you can justify the time you have
spent.  Theory, at least, suggest that that time would have been better
spent (assuming that easy real-time functioning in Lojban is your goal)
in reading Lojban text -- with a dictionary at hand (well, on the
screen) at first but less and less so as you went along (but always
there, since you will run into the rare word or place occasionally, just
like L1). Keep up the good work, however you pursue it.

More reading and conversing, less flashcards, is my suggestion.
