You are right. I didn't factor Mandarin into this as a percentage of it's world population. And that appears to be the exception that accounts for Lojban's odd frequency counts and heavy use of `c`. Personally, I don't think it serves Lojban well. I'm curious how many Chinese speakers are learning Lojban and what their impressions of the phonology are.
