A joke-word of course.

Lo Mi Jufra is in part about selpa'i being the best lojbanist to have ever lived, and in part about the lojbanic culture. Selpa'i uses all the triple-rafsi words, for instance, and a bit of Loglan, and many other obscure references that a seasoned Lojbanist would pick up on, but which a beginner or even intermediate jbopre would not.
