[lojban] Re: Why left-grouping of tanru?

BTW, my purpose wasn't so much to argue for one grouping over the other, so much as to just understand the reason Lojban chose left-grouping over right-grouping. From what I can tell thus far it was essentially an arbitrary choice based on the idea that neither choice is any better than the other. Please correct me if there was in fact more to it than that.
