What? Burp letters?
When did the aesthetically value of consonants [c'x] suddenly become objectively quantifiable? I did know that some people consider [x] to be ugly, and some people have difficulties pronouncing it... but [c']? They are very common internationally and I've honestly never even considered them as being disliked!
Too add my opinion, I personally love all of these letters and certainly wouldn't in my wildest dreams call them kafkylerfu. Yes, I have a strong personal taste for the [x] as well, even though the natlangs I speak lack it. I would be very vary of trying to speak for everyone, when considering [c'x] as ugly sounds to be dealt with as poison in the language. I for sure don't.--
