MobileFrontend tries to detect true mobile devices to disable this Metrolook skin and to enable its own skin.

I suggest that for devices with such narrow screens the right block is put to the top (so that language changing block can be seen) with news hidden.
Or if you need news even on mobile devices then the whole right block can be split into two blocks moving languages to the top (so that new visitors can immediately change to their language) and news to the bottom so they dont distract new visitors with lots of guest-unfriendly unfamiliar information.
