First one represents week-of-year numbering
Second one uses T as a semantic separator between the date and time, and Z marks UTC time
Third one is period (similar to the kuspe idea I included at the bottom of my proposal): three years, six months, four days, twelve hours, thirty minutes, five seconds.
Really all I did was adapt ISO 8601 to be more usable and flexible as a Lojbanic sub-language.
