[lojban] CLL v1.1: Visual commentary, please.

is my attempt to merge everybody's thoughts about spacing.  Compare

It has *MUCH* less vertical whitespace, in basically every
department.  It also has smaller headers.  And less indentation.

Sentences after examples and the like that appear to be
continuations (i.e. start with lower case) are not indented.

I think that's most of it.
