That problem is somewhat already present with the {lo tcati ji lo ckafi} example; {.e} "both of them" is a valid answer.
Really it all comes back to that "one of the following" problem... hm... lets see
{mo'oi pa me lo tcati jo'u lo ckafi}?
Only problem I see is, does PA here refer to the number of referents, or the number of items on the list? Compare
{mo'oi pa me lo re xunre prenu jo'u lo mu blanu prenu}
