"ri'e", yes. Not so sure about "zo'o" though. It's usually used as standalone, and your grammar doesn't allow ROhA to stand by itself. And doesn't "se'i" belong with "dai"?

I would accept having {fu'i} there too.

I don't really know what it is used for.
 
But I'm not sure how {le'o}, {vu'e}, {ju'o} work as such suffixes. People almost never use {ju'o} as a modifier but on its own. So they'd rather belong to UI="interjection root" part.

"le'o" and "vu'e" seem to be what we might call "stances", they might go with "ga'i". "ju'o" should go with "li'a", "la'a", they require a proposition to relate to.
