More changes:
- Each tag now has exactly one meaning. {ny} and {dy} no longer change meaning in the presense of {jy}, instead, ISO week dates are prescribed the format {li jyny renonoxa jy mure zy ze} (or {jydy ze}). This allows Gregorian dates and ISO week dates to be combined to a single date without ambiguity.
- New tag {xyny} for last two digits of the year, instead of having to use {xo'e} to replace the missing digits.
