If you are using a new ISBN number, then the old edition will undoubtedly will remain a separate entry. There are multiple editions of all sorts of books in print on their site, and I am not sure as publisher how to remove older editions if someone else wants to offer up (overpriced) copies.
It probably needs investigation if we see the new and old books up there side by side (and want the old book removed).
