I haven't heard much Loglan, so I'm not aware of the intonation pattern. I do 
know, though, that Lojban and Loglan differ in phonotactics. Loglan has words 
like "vizka", "fuacli", and "tsitoa" which contain sequences that don't occur 
in Lojban. ("fuacli" and "tsitoa" are both lujvo.)
