If " ' " doesn't count as a letter, then "spra'i" has five letters. In
other words, "spra'i" has CCCVV form, and this is a valid fu'ivla
form, as long as the vowels are separated by " ' " so you can have
penultimate stress.

There are several other valid five-letter fu'ivla forms: CCVVV, VCCVV,
VCCCV and VVCCV, and those don't need apostrophe, so I would omit the
comment.
