Pretty much the same is true for anglophone Lojbanists; the English stops
are officially distinguished by voice, but in practice mostly by aspiration.
Note that where there is no aspiration (as after /s/), there is no voicing
contrast either.

Well, in CLL it is simply [b], not aspirated.
