The order should be Y-M-D; it makes more sense and is an international 
standard. If the context makes all three plausible, I'd say "de'i li 
pi'epi'epare" / "de'i lo dekmere" / "de'i li parepi'epi'e" (but I'd probably 
leave one pi'e out).
