But I think splicing month is still related to {masti} so {mai'o+masti} might be better.
I guess you meant {moi'o}.
Also I assume you agreed that {mai'o} can sometimes be the only option.
I just want something simple but universal.
{moi'o} of MOI is universal, and I agree that it is useful. However, My suggestion of {masnPA} series is related to the topic of the current thread, where we discussed brivla for month names. The advantage of {masnPA} series to the previously discussed brivla is that it inherited the usefulness of terbri of {se detri} without loosing shortness, consistency and ability to answer to the cultural variety.
