No, because you would not be ordering a {cmalu ke clani ke xamsi jukni}, you would be ordering a {cmalu clakemxasyjukni}, or a {cmalu claxasyjukni}, or some other {cmalu <lujvo for lobster>}

You're welcome to provide a more accurate description of the sea-dwelling crustacean with the well-known trait of spending it's entire life attached to some surface such as the hull of a ship or the skin of a whale. Since {jukni} includes crustaceans, {xamsi jukni} includes all sea-dwelling {jukni}, and barnacles are the only {xamsi jukni} that {to'e muvdu}, I'd call it good enough.
