I don't think you need to be more precise than the original when
translating, but you can if you want to.

No {me} in that case. Other than that, it looks fine.

{lirymidju} can be {lirmidju}. The official rules even say that {lirymidju}
is wrong, but that will probably change so that it will be an acceptable
variant.

It's an editorial comment. You can think of the rest of the text as being
quoted and this is an editorial comment on that text.
