le lirmijpau be li 1990 dekna'a (so that {lirmijpau} shares the same rightmost word of the _expression_ explained below, and which is therefore more stylistic ...)

As for "the late 1990s":

le lecpau be li 1990 dekna'a ({lerci} can't have {li 1990 dekna'a} as its x2, so I combined it with {pagbu}.)

is wrong, but that will probably change so that it will be an acceptable
