The general way to indicate a location is {bu'u}, which only indicates
location.
{sedi'o} indicates location+confinement. {tu'i} indicates location+permanence.
In cases of location+permaence+confinement both {sedi'o} and {tu'i} may
apply, and which one to use may depend on what you want to emphasize more.
zvati: x1 is located in x2.
se stuzi: x1 is permanently located in x2.
diklo: x1 is located in x2 and nowhere else within x3.
