In {X di'o Y}, X has to be a bridi, it can't refer to a location. "X occurs,
with Y being confined to some location (presumably the location
where X occurs)".

If X is a sumti that refers to a location, then you can use {X pe di'o Y}
for "X, the only location of Y"
