The official rules on morphology are self-contradictory in parts and
incomplete, so what's needed is not so much a change as a
consistent and complete definition.
In any case, my current position (though it fluctuates) is towards
"anything goes" for cmevla, but with a division of cmevla into two
classes, one fully lojbanized that only contains syllables that are
possible in lujvo and the other for the rest. Names that don't belong
to the fully lojbanized class will retain a foreign flavour even if
accepted as valid Lojban.
